LEGO Creator 40772 Celebration Series: Luminous Ghost – A Spooky Little GWP for Halloween

The latest LEGO Creator gift-with-purchase has floated into stores just in time for Halloween – and it’s equal parts cute and spooky. Say hello to LEGO Creator 40772 Celebration Series: 3. Luminous Ghost, a glow-up (literally) on last year’s Halloween freebie.
Available at LEGO.com and LEGO Stores from September 28 through October 7, 2025 (or while stocks last), the set can be yours with LEGO® purchases of £110 / $120 / €120 or more.
A Spooktacular Successor
If last year’s 40697 Halloween Pumpkin lit up your collection (thanks to its included light brick), this year’s ghostly counterpart is ready to haunt your shelves in style. Using the same simple yet clever formula, 40772 Luminous Ghost swaps the carved pumpkin grin for a brick-built spectre that shines from the inside out.
Much like a BrickHeadz-style build, the ghost is compact, charming, and instantly displayable. The real trick – or treat – is in the light effect, which feels perfectly on-theme and elevates what could otherwise be a straightforward little build into something collectors and seasonal decorators alike will want.
Why It Works
These Celebration Series GWPs are proof that sometimes less is more. The piece count may be modest and the build relatively simple, but that doesn’t stop them from being highly desirable. They’re festive, they’re fun, and they bring just enough LEGO magic to make spending over the threshold a little easier to justify.
Of course, if you managed to grab last year’s Halloween Pumpkin, pairing it with this new ghost makes for an even better seasonal display. One thing’s for sure – these light-up builds are becoming must-haves for fans who enjoy a bit of LEGO festivity sprinkled into their collection.
